Our People
Denise Hartnett- President/CFO & Business Development Director, started business in 1987 and oversees day to day operations including staffing, office management, project oversight, and financial operations. Denise handles all business decisions in regards to customer & project selection and development, customer relations, as well as relationships with our accountant, bank, bonding, and insurance vendors. Her extentive business experience maximizes our goals as a company to provide the strengh we need to grow. denisehartnett@laserelectric.com
Kevin Hartnett- Vice-President/General Manager, started in the electrical trade as a Marine Electrician in 1973 at National Steel & Shipbuilding (NASSCO) and then served a 4 year Electrical Construction Apprenticeship, graduating in 1979. Kevin served as a state certified Apprenticeship and Journeyman Training instructor from 1981 through 1986. Kevin has done extensive design/build projects including complete design of several multi-million dollar telecommunications centers, data centers, emergency & standby power systems, and large UPS installations. Kevin is also the General Manager of our TEGG Electrical Maintenance Division. kevinhartnett@laserelectric.com
Jesse Elliott- Sales & Project Development. Jesse has worked for us for many years and has an extensive electrical background. He served as a Seabee in the Navy and was involved in many high voltage projects as well as line work and building projects while in the Navy. He has worked here as a Foreman, Project Manager, and Safety Officer before taking on his current position.
John Atik- Electrical Services Specialist, TEGG Service Division. John is our specialist dedicated to serving customer needs in regards to our TEGG Service Division.
Bill Thompson- Senior Design Build/Estimator. Bill has been an electrician for over 25 years and has designed several extremely complex industrial control systems in addition to his vast experience in electrical power and distribution. He heads up our combined Design/Build and Estimating Group and brings extensive trade knowledge, design capability, and estimating experience to the team.
Justin Hartnett- Senior Project Manager, has 15 years of field experience and has managed several 2+ megawatt cogeneration projects, large tenant improvement projects, an extensive $1M Power System & Industrial Control Upgrade for Nestle Foods, extensive industrial and DDC control systems, Lab upgrades, and school projects. Justin has completed a 4 year electrical training program.
Martin Ontiveros- Service Manager/Senior Project Manager, Martin has been with our company for many years and has managed many of our largest projects before becoming a Project Manager and in charge of our Service Department. Martin has extensive controls knowledge as well as electrical power experience.
Jody Pillar - Safety Officer/TEGG Operations Supervisor. Jody graduated from a 4 year electrical apprenticeship and worked for us in the field for many years before coming on staff. He has completed additional training at the TEGG Training Institute and is certified as an Infrared Level I Technician. Jody brings much needed knowledge and experience to our highly successful safety program, and teaches the NFPA 70E Safety Program and Arc Flash Awareness for our many customers, as well as being the Operations Supervisor of our TEGG Services Division. |
